THE ROTARY FOUNDATION
� EREY - Every member to contribute to TRF
� Every Rotarian Sponsor one or more children from the Backpack of Dreams
� Significant Club Involvement in the Polio Plus Campaign
� Raise $55,000 toward the Polio Plus Campaign
� Increase GSE participation
� One new Benefactor in every club
� One new PHF in every club
� Two new Bequest Society Members
� 5 new Paul Harris Society Members
� Governor’s TRF Challenge
THE FOUR AVENUES OF SERVICE
� Every club to participate in at least
� One Hunger project
� One Literacy Project
� One Vocational Project
� Two or More Club Projects
� One International Project (can be the Backpack of Dreams)
� Representation The Foundation Celebration and District Conference
� At the District Level
� 25% or More of All Clubs Participate in ―First Book‖
� 50% or More of All Clubs Initiate Their Own ―Strike Out Hunger‖ Project
� 75% or More of All Clubs Participate in the ―Governor’s Power Lunch‖
YOUTH EXCHANGE
� Increase Youth Exchange Participation
� Increase Inbound #s
� Increase Outbound #s
� Increase Host Family Sources
� Increase in District Wide Involvement in & Type of Activities
MEMBERSHIP
� Increase overall District Membership by 88
� Improve Retention #s as a Result of Improved Club Functioning
� Start the process of building at least one new club
