District Nominating Committee
Four to be chosen at Conference
The District Nominating Committee (DNC) provides one of
most important services to the Rotary District. It chooses
the future leadership of the district and, as such, influences
the future of Rotary in our district.
This responsibility must be taken seriously so that qualified
people are chosen for these important positions and so
that the candidates for these positions are given a fair,
dignified and considerate evaluation. We must keep in
mind that individuals seeking these offices are offering
their talents and time for the good of Rotary and its aims.
They deserve our thanks, respect and a fair hearing.
Nominating Committee Composition
1 immediate PDG – voting and chair
4 members elected at District Conference – voting
DGE, the DGN and a PDG selected by the DG – non-voting but allowed to
participate in deliberations.
