My Parting Message
As I complete my service as governor of
Rotary International District 7330, Louis and I
wish to thank each of you for your love, support and good
wishes throughout my term. My term of office would
not have achieved the level of success we realized
without your dedication, commitment, and tireless service
as Rotarians.
Thank you for ALL the service you and your clubs provided in all Four Avenues of
Service. Please continue to your invaluable service and efforts on behalf of mankind!
This past year, I like to think we planted a “Rotary Garden”. In our “garden”, we planted
the following items:
THREE ROWS OF PEAS:
 Peace of Mind
 Peace of Heart
 Peace of Soul
FOUR ROWS OF SQUASH
 Squash Gossip
 Squash Indifference
 Squash Grumbling
 Squash Selfishness
 Lettuce Be Patient
 Lettuce Love One Another
THE GARDEN WOULD NOT BE
COMPLETE WITHOUT TURNIPS
 Turnip For Meetings
 Turnip For Service
 Turnip To Help One Another
IN THE LAST ROWS OF OUR
GARDEN, WE PLANTED THYME:
FOUR ROWS OF LETTUCE
 Thyme For Each Other
 Thyme For Family
 Lettuce Be Faithful
 Thyme For Friends
 Lettuce Be Kind
WE WATERED OUR GARDEN, DURING THE PAST YEAR, FREELY WITH
PATIENCE, AND CULTIVATED IT WITH LOVE. OUR GARDEN YIELDED QUITE A
HARVEST, BECAUSE WE REAPED WHAT WE SOWED!
Farewell To All Members Of The District 7330 Family!
